Past Acquisitions

In December 2017, SRIT acquired computing assets from Healthfore Limited, a publicly traded company of Religare Group. Healthfore transferred to SRIT customer-support responsibility for all its worldwide customers. Healthfore also transferred to SRIT all their software development engineers and implementation engineers including their General Managers for Engineering, Implementations and Customer Support.

SRIT acquired Objective Systems Integrators, Inc. (OSI) - a global supplier of Telecom Operations Support Systems (OSS) - from Agilent Technologies, a Fortune 500 American corporation. With the acquisition of OSI, SRIT got into the OSS space, thus gaining critical expertise in the telecom vertical. OSI’s NetExpert™ family of modular software products lets users integrate and manage their networks, and performs tasks as network traffic reporting, crew dispatch and billing data collection. OSI, a publicly traded company was earlier acquired by America’s Fortune 500 Agilent Inc for ~US$665mill.

SRIT acquired Munich-based Billing Components AG, a 20-year-old German Telecom Business Support Systems (BSS) company, strengthening its offering in the Telecoms BSS domain. This multi-million euro acquisition expanded SRIT's offerings in providing several business software solutions to all kinds of Telecommunication and Communication Service Providers, be it Telematics, GSM, CDMA, Fixed Wireline, IP, VoIP, WiMAX, 3G, GPRS or UMTS service providers.

SRIT acquired computing assets Infotrack™ and Zipdrive™ from Tranquil Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Infotrack is an 'end-to-end', fully integrated, open architecture, industry standard, Dealer/Distributor Management Solution, which assimilates all dealership information enabling access across departments. Zipdrive is a comprehensive software package that completely integrates all functions within Leasing and Rental Management companies including pre-sales, operations, finance, rentals, personnel & payrolls and budget.

SRIT acquired SimpleRM™ assets from the US – based TriVium Systems Inc., including its intellectual property rights, software engineers & CRM specialists, customers, and relationships. The key factor that fueled this decision is SRIT’s aim to align its focused verticals with an integrated, value-enhancing CRM system. The company’s businesses in HealthCare, Telecom and other Enterprise Automation use CRM as an integral part and hence, it is a logical step for SRIT to own the IPs, customers and staff members of TriVium's CRM Business Unit.
