High Court Bench dismisses KFON Litigation 13 September 2024
A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) was filed on 11 January 2024 by Kerala State’s Opposition Leader VD Satheesan against the State and various Govt Depts of the State. The Opposition Leader made it a point to make all the RFP participants including SRIT as Respondents to the said PIL. The said PIL was dismissed by a Double Bench of the High Court. Despite several hearings, despite giving several opportunities to the Petitioner to produce evidences, the Petitioner failed to furnish evidence.
